Elizabeth Donarum, PhD
Dr. Elizabeth Donarum is a seasoned executive who is focused on ensuring seamless operations of complex organizations by drawing on her background as a research scientist focusing in the areas of translational genomic medicine with specific expertise in neurological disorders and cancer therapeutics. Her experience spans from fundamental genetic research, through translational medicine and clinical trials. Dr. Donarum worked in conjunction with Dr. Daniel von Hoff to develop therapies for rare cancers. Donarum completed a postdoctoral fellowship at TGen and Pre-IRTA fellowships at the National Eye Institute (NEI), the National Institute on Aging (NIA), and the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA). She holds a Ph.D. in Genetics from George Washington University and Arizona State University, and holds B.S.s in Biology, Chemistry, and Psychology from Carnegie Mellon University.
